Delete in the app
This is the fastest route, and it needs no help from us. In ArrowFly:
- Open Profile.
- Tap Account & Legal.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The deletion runs immediately. Your account is removed along with the content listed below, you are signed out, and the action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled ArrowFly, or you cannot sign in, email support@arrowfly.io from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it.
We use the address you write from to confirm the account is yours, so a request sent from a different address will need extra verification before we act on it. We action verified requests within 30 days, and confirm by reply once it is done. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases:
- Your profile, including your name, email address and profile photo.
- Your scores, scoring sessions and practice history.
- Your event registrations and favourited events.
- Clubs you follow, and your notification settings.
- Your gear records and maintenance logs.
- Photos you uploaded, including score-evidence photos.
- Any share links you created, which stop working immediately.
If you organise events or run a club: deletion also permanently erases every club and event you created, and any scorecards attached to those events. Archers registered to your events will lose access to them. If a club should outlive your account, appoint another admin before you delete.
What we keep, and why
Deletion is a hard delete, not a hidden or deactivated account — we do not retain a copy of your profile or your content in order to reactivate it later.
Two narrow exceptions are worth stating plainly. Encrypted infrastructure backups are kept on a rolling schedule and age out on their own; we do not mine them, and your data is not restored from them. And where another archer's scorecard records a result from an event you both shoot, that archer's own record of their score remains theirs — your identifying details are removed from it.
